Island Theatre Festival : Director, Anne and Gilbert. Drayton Entertainment: Director and Little Big Man in A Closer Walk With Patsy Cline, Director of Look, No Hans!, Tony in Shear Madness, Johnny Angel in Suds, Sancho in Man of La Mancha, Rooster in Annie, Marcellus in The Music Man, among others. Other theatre: Scrooge in A Christmas Carol, Stones in His Pockets (Charlottetown), Lewicki in Mrs. Parliament’s Night Out, Kris Kringle in Miracle on 34th Street (Neptune Theatre), Adolphe in Prayer for the French Republic (Segal Centre, Montreal). Wade is the former Associate Artistic Director of the Charlottetown Festival and recently returned to PEI. He has since co-written (with Diane Barnes) the new musical, The Rules and Regulations for Hanging Out The Wash, for Young at Heart Theatre Company and will be voice-acting the role of Farmer MacDonald in the animated children’s series, , Pa’tato and the Tot, for Bell Fibe TV1. Between gigs he teaches drama, musical theatre, arts administration, and knowledge mobilization at Bishop’s University.
